Stella’s Confectionery, LLC is a 100% woman-owned small business based in Oostberg, Wisconsin, and is home to award-winning small-batch artisan chocolates and toffee. Stella’s has won 21 international awards so far, including recognition from both the Academy of Chocolate and International Chocolate Salon! Stella’s makes it a priority to use premium non-GMO ingredients while utilizing eco-conscious processes in their commercial kitchen as well as sustainable packaging.
"Stella’s" is named after creator Annaluna's late, great and amazing Aunt Stella, who was a force of nature! According to Annaluna, she told the best stories and after every dinner, she always made sure that everyone had "a little something sweet."
Annaluna fell in love with the art of chocolate making at a young age, later studying pastry and chocolate at The Pastry School with her mentor Chef Stéphane Tréand, MOF. Now, she wishes to share with others the memories of her Aunt through her gourmet and artisan creations.
