Pasta Pappone
Ingredients

12 oz. Pasta Pappone Thai Citrus Ginger Linguini
1 lb. shrimp
1 Tbsp. butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 lime
Directions
Bring 5 quarts salted water to a boil
Once water is boiling, cook pasta according to package directions (6-8 min)
Once pasta is al dente, drain it and retain about a cup of pasta water.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat, add butter, pasta water, and garlic
When buttter is melted, add shrimp and saute until cooked through -- they should turn pink and curl up, about 3-5 minutes
Turn off heat and squeeze half a lime over the shrimp and butter mixture. Toss with your boiled pasta and enjoy!
