Poi Dog’s Huli Huli Gobbler Sandwich by Chef Ari Miller
"This is what we're making this year -- both in conjunction with our friends at DiBruno's in Philadelphia and for my family in Hong Kong. It was written by my husband and it's beyond exciting for me to see him incorporate my ingredients into his recipes -- I get to see food through his lenses." - Kiki Aranita
