These easy and scrumptious oven-baked fries are the ideal side dish to your favorite chicken or burger recipes. The Jalapeño Lime Sea Salt adds a unique flavor profile that makes this dish instantly craveable.

Ingredients

• russet potatoes (opt for one potato per person for one serving)
  

• Pixie Dust's Jalapeño Lime Salt (use 1 tsp of salt per russet potato)

• olive oil or avocado oil (use 1 tbs of oil per russet potato)

Directions

1. Chop potatoes into evenly thick matchsticks.
   

2. Place in a mixing bowl and completely cover with cold water. Let sit for 30 minutes
   

3. Preheat oven to 400
   

4. Drain potatoes and pat dry.
   

5. Add oil then toss so potatoes are completely covered.
   

6. Add the Jalapeño Lime Sea Salt and toss again.
   

7. Place evenly on a large baking sheet - the key is make sure the matchsticks aren't touching each other so they can get crispy instead of boil. Use two baking sheets if needed.
   

8. Cook for 10-12 minute increments and flip each time until potatoes are cooked to desired crispiness (~30-40 minutes).
