A perfect summer cocktail celebrating fresh flavors and Keep It Savory salt!

Ingredients

1 tsp Keep It Savory Lavender Sage or Mediterranean Citrus salt
3 oz. gin
2 oz. lavender simple syrup or regular simple syrup
Juice of 1 small lemon
3 oz. soda water or seltzer

Directions

With a mortar and pestle, grind salt course. Pour onto a small plate or clean countertop.
Run the cut edge of lemon around the rim of the glass.
Set the glass in the salt, working around the edge of the glass to cover desired area of rim with salt.
Combine gin, simple syrup, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker with four ice cubes. Shake for 20-30 seconds.
Pour into glass. Garnish with lemon wedge. Enjoy!
