A wonderful "flavor bomb" of aroma, it magically transforms humble ingredients into an elevated culinary experience. Vadouvan is known for its subtlety and panache, with the familiarity of flavors of Onions/Shallots in the background, which magically transforms humble ingredients into an elevated culinary experience.
  • East Indian Bottle Masala (1.2 oz.): This masala is perhaps one of the community's best kept secrets because the East Indian community is infamous for guarding their recipes with their lives! This masala can be added to literally any dish to instantly elevate it and fill it with flavor that is incomparable to any other.
  • Maharashtrian Goda Masala (1.2 oz.)This exquisite spice mix is is a staple in Marathi kitchens, in India. It is aromatic and has a distinct taste credited to some unique spices like Cobra Saffron and Black Stone Flower, that make up the blend. The addition of Coconut powder gives it a subtle sweet flavor, which is where it gets its name. “Goad” means "sweet" in Marathi.
