Women are a cornerstone of coffee production globally, driving the industry’s growth. Still, women are frequently excluded from benefits in their communities, like fair pay, education, land ownership, decision-making roles, for a few examples. Swelter Coffee Roasters offers high-quality coffees full of authentic stories and a connection to the women behind them. Founder Stephanie fell in love with coffee while roasting in her kitchen as a hobby. After becoming a mother, she felt a renewed passion for making a positive impact and embarked on a mission to build a sustainable coffee business that supports the women who are otherwise invisible in the industry.
