3 Tsp Potato Allrounder
3 - 4 Lbs Yukon Gold Potatoes, Peeled & Thinly Sliced
- 1 Bunch Kale, Stems Removed & Leaves Chopped
- 1 Small Red Onion, Small Dice
- 3 Cloves Garlic, Minced
- 2 Cups Heavy Cream
- 6 Oz. Shredded Gruyère Cheese
- 3 Oz. Grated Parmesan Cheese

2 Tbsp Olive Oil

Salt and Pepper

Chili Crisp
- Unsalted Butter or Cooking Spray
Directions
Preheat Oven to 375°F. Grease a casserole dish with unsalted butter or cooking spray, set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté the onion and garlic until soft and translucent. Add the kale and cook
- for about 5 minutes until wilted. Season with salt and pepper to taste
- In casserole dish, layer thinly sliced potatoes, kale mix, and cheeses
- In a small saucepan, heat the cream and remaining 3 tsp. Potato Allrounder, pour evenly over the layers.
- Cover dish with foil, and bake for 35 mins.
- Remove foil and bake uncovered for 20-25 mins, until golden & bubbly. Let stand for 10 minutes before
- serving.
- Drizzle with chili crisp and serve.
