Live Loud Foods Cannoli Dip

Live Loud Foods Cannoli Dip is a creamy, sweet dip and a twist on the classic Italian pastry, the cannoli. This take is made with ricotta and mascarpone cheeses, powdered sugar, vanilla, and mini chocolate chips, made nutty and crunchy using Live Loud Foods Candied Citrus Pistachios.

Ingredients
8 oz. Full-Fat Mascarpone Cheese, excess water drained off if needed
1 cup Ricotta Cheese, drained
1 ¼ cup Powdered Sugar
¾ tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Lemon or Orange Zest

4 tbp Chopped Candied Citrus Pistachios
Chocolate chip cookies, broken waffle cones, pizzelle cookies, graham crackers or cannoli shells for serving
Directions
Combine cheeses, extract, zest and powdered sugar into a large mixing bowl of a stand mixer fit with a paddle attachment (or you can use a hand mixer).
Whip on medium-high until thick and fluffy, about 5 minutes.
Fold in 3 tbsp of pistachios. Pour dip into serving bowl.
Let it set in fridge for about 1 hour.
Top with remaining pistachios and then serve with chocolate chip cookies, broken waffle cones, pizzelle cookies, graham crackers or cannoli shells to dip.
