Ingredients

2 tsp Avocado Topping
2 fully ripe avocados

1 can (16 oz.) garbanzo beans (chickpeas), rinsed
½ bunch of fresh parsley
3 Tbsp tahini
2 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup fresh lemon juice

2 Tbsp olive oil
½ tsp ground cumin

¼ tsp salt
Directions
Cut the avocados in half. Remove the pits, then scoop the flesh into a food processor.
Add the chickpeas, parsley, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, cumin and salt; process until well
blended, stopping occasionally to scrape down the side of the food processor.
Spoon the hummus into a serving bowl.
Top with Avocado Topping and serve with your favorite fresh vegetable dippers, pita bread, or tortilla
chips.
