Directions
Wash the cauliflower and cut it into small florets. In a bowl, whisk together the milk, water, and flour. Season with 4 pinches of Vegetable Allrounder and a pinch of salt.
- Dip the cauliflower florets into the batter, allowing the excess to drain. Place them in the preheated air fryer basket and cook at 400°F for 25 minutes.
- For the marinade, bring the BBQ sauce, water, tomato paste, and 1 pinch of Vegetable Allrounder to a boil in a saucepan. Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Once the cauliflower is cooked, transfer it to a bowl, toss it in the marinade, and place it back in the air fryer. Bake for an additional 20 minutes.
- For the dip, mix the sour cream/yogurt, mustard, agave syrup/honey, apple cider vinegar, and 2 pinches of salt in a bowl until well combined.
- Serve the crispy cauliflower buffalo wings with the dip on the side.
