The Chai Box is a sustainable and ethically sourced small-batch Chai company bringing the traditional craft of chai making to the mainstream. They specialize in small-batch Chai concentrate, loose-leaf Chai blends, and gifting. Growing up in an Indian household, for the founder Monica, Chai meant spending time with family. Her mom taught her how to make her first cup of Chai at the age of five, so she wanted to do the same and instill the love of Chai in her three boys. Every Friday after school, she would have Chai time. She would bring out her spice box (what the boys coined "The Chai Box") and teach them how to prepare the perfect cup of Chai. She started gifting The Chai Box to everyone she knew and after receiving an overwhelmingly positive response, a Chai business idea was born. The Chai Box literally grew out of Monica's kitchen and into one of Oprah’s Favorite Things in 2021!
