Alfonso Aguilar & Franshesca Oliveras

Maestro Kitchen was born from a dream and the desire to build something meaningful as a family. In 2021, the founders moved from Mexico to California with little more than a strong work ethic, a deep love for food, and the hope of creating a better future for their two children, Sebastián and Nico.

The company began in a home kitchen in Topanga, where their signature Chile Crunch was inspired by a beloved family recipe passed down from Alfonso’s mother. What started as a family favorite quickly gained popularity among friends and neighbors who said they’d never tasted anything like it. That’s when they knew they had something special.

In 2022, Maestro Kitchen was officially founded with a clear mission: to bring bold, authentic Mexican flavor to tables across America. Their handcrafted Jalapeño and Serrano Chile Crunch is made in small batches with olive oil, premium chiles, and no preservatives or additives. It’s a product rooted in quality, tradition, and care—because at Maestro Kitchen, they believe good food speaks for itself.

From labeling jars at the kitchen table to expanding into specialty stores across California, Nevada, and Montana, Maestro Kitchen remains a true family effort. Sebastián and Nico have grown up packing orders and sharing in the journey every step of the way.

At its core, Maestro Kitchen is about more than just great food—it’s about creating space for connection. The team believes the kitchen table is the heart of the home, where moments of “sobremesa”—those lingering, meaningful conversations after a meal—are born. If their products can help bring more of those moments to life, that’s what matters most.

Today, Maestro Kitchen is a celebration of heritage, resilience, and the power of food to bring people together, one jar at a time.
