Brazil | Serra Negra Coffee: Serra Negra, or “black mountain,” is a Brazilian bean that captures the most classic profile from Minas Gerais, the growing region that includes Carmo de Minas. This coffee exhibits excellent robust body with a full mouth feel – ideal for espresso and cold brew. It tastes of shortbread, creamy peanut butter, and walnut.
Ethiopia | Suke Quto Coffee: Ethiopia | Suke Quto Coffee comes from the Suke Quto farm found in the Odo Shakisso woreda. The coffee tastes of lemon drop, earl grey, and apricot.
Colombia Coffee: Gaslight Coffee Roasters participated in the Virtual Buyers Caravan in early 2021 for microlot coffees from Antioquia, Colombia. This coffee from the Antioquia region comes from the Sonson municipality was produced by farmer José Heriberto Mejia. This harvest produced approximately 2800 kg of green coffee from 2 hectares. It is a Colombia Castillo variety which is harvested 1620 meters above sea level and undergoes a washed process - 18 hours in mucilage. It tastes of plum, caramel and grapefruit.

Their cafe is a social hub where people from all parts of the city enjoy community and coffee. They ethically source high quality coffees, highlighting and positively impacting the lives of farmers and their families, and develop a roast profile for each coffee to bring out its best attributes. They are a family-run business, owned and operated by husband and wife team Steve Chang and Kori Crockett. Steve has been in the coffee industry for over 10 years and Kori's background in social entrepreneurship keeps them focused on their mission. They are inspired by coffee's ability to build community and find joy in making specialty coffee approachable for all.
