Churros are sticks of sugary fried dough, dusted with cinnamon sugar and dipped in thick melted chocolate. In the U.S., we mostly associate churros with Mexican cuisine, but its origins came via Spanish influence during the times of colonization. O'ts tried to be as authentic as possible with their oatmeal cookie version, adding fragrant Vietnamese Royal Cinnamon and chocolate chips to the batter and finishing it off with a crunchy dusting of turbinado sugar.

It was a perfect pairing: Nina is a former creative director and consumer goods expert with over 25 years of experience leading package design teams and launching new products, while Anna is a packaged foods veteran with over 25 years of experience in marketing and brand management.
