Lisa Bastian, PremOla Granola
Lisa has been making this granola for over 20 years. She continually refined the mix to make it healthier by using coconut oil, coconut palm sugar and adding flaxseed to the nutty base. In 2021, her son, Ben, encouraged her to share this granola beyond their immediate family. They made several batches, distributed it to the community and because of this, PremOla Granola was established. PremOla Granola is a unique mixture of pistachios, pine nuts, pepitas, sunflower seeds, almonds, oats, flaxseed and coconut flakes. It’s filling, nutritious, and a little goes a long way.
