Manna Organics, LLC is an independently owned and –operated family business, founded in January 2008 by Markus and Shanti Schramm.
They started out by acquiring Nature’s Path's sprouted Manna Bread® division and created a state of the art commercial bakery in Lisle, IL. Together with a small, dedicated team of bakers and chefs, they make Manna sprouted breads, (sold nationwide and in Canada), as well as nut butters and kale chips. They sprout on site and make all products in carefully crafted batches, using organic raw materials, such as seeds, grains, nuts, fruits, and spices. All their products are certified organic, certified kosher pareve and GMO free.
Great care and dedication goes in each batch - these are not quick-off-the-mill products, but hand crafted, artisan products. The resulting difference in taste and texture is astounding.
