Good Old Fashioned Chicago was created in 2019 out of the passion for flavor and simplicity! Phil is a Chicago native who had plenty of time to try MANY different drinks while serving in the Air Force. Since being back home, he found that he prefers a “simply complex” drink. He wanted an Old Fashioned that truly steps up to the plate, so he took a year-long journey and sought out the ingredients for what makes a “good” Old Fashioned. His goal was to bring to the market the best Old Fashioned cocktail mix that’s easy to make and allows the versatility of a strong, smooth, or sweet drink based on your preference.
