Chicago Johnny's was started during the '09 recession as Johnny graduated college into an economy that just wasn't hiring. He started making giardiniera in his parents' basement, aunts' kitchen, and whoever would let him cut up a hundred pounds of vegetables all day. He's grown into other Chicago favorites besides his olive oil giardiniera such as Perfect Pizza Seasoning, neon green Hot Dog Relish and Sport Peppers, Italian Beef Gravy Seasoning, and he still expanding on the Chicago palate!
