Long used in Italian cooking, the Organic Wild Foraged Fennel Pollen is golden yellow with rustic green specks of magical flavor. Organic fennel is hand harvested and has hollow stems that bloom small yellow flowers. Pollen is collected from these flowers and tediously dried with a deft touch.

Tiny and amber, a gingerly pinch of this fennel pollen spice is all you need to transform an average dish into supreme cuisine. It is best used in seafood, poultry, pork and stews.
