From the Bella Vista Women’s Group in Chiapas, Mexico, this single origin coffee is balanced with a rich cup like chocolate syrup, and a sweetness like plum jam and black cherry. It is named after Rosalba, the woman responsible for creating the pathway from her native community to the U.S. The Bella Vista Women’s Coop has endured great hardship with local Cartel violence in their community but are committed to producing high-quality, washed process, delicious coffee.
