At the same time, her husband, Howard (the H in H Sauce!), had perfected his homemade hot sauce – a fermented, versatile blend that struck the perfect balance. Their namesake product, H Sauce is an International Flave award-winner handcrafted in Kansas City, MO. This KC hot sauce is a phenomenal, fermented sauce with bright flavors and medium heat. It's a rich blend of fermented serrano peppers, habanero peppers and other natural ingredients, with no fillers.
