Cristina and Yuta, Onigiri Kororin
It all started with what was supposed to be a 5-week school project that eventually turned into a full-time business. After 5 weeks of offering authentic and freshly made Onigiri in Chicago, they decided to commit to the business full time. Cristina was about to join a company 2 weeks before and Yuta was a full-time business and design student. But they decided to give it a shot as food entrepreneurs. Today they continue to enjoy cooking and delivering freshly made and authentic onigiris around the city of Chicago. They are currently developing a grab-n-go Onigiri that will be available for sale at supermarkets and convenience stores around the city.
