As a professional chef to athletes in the NBA, NFL, and WNBA, a mother to two kids with a rare genetic cancer disease, and a living kidney donor herself, Founder Chef Kirsten Helle Sandoval couldn't find healthy convenience products on the market in inclusive flavors that fit all of her needs. Consumer data also shows consumers are not finding what they are looking for.
