After nearly a decade of industry experience working as an R&D Chef for the Frontera family and engaging with local producers and other chefs at Local Foods, Chef Renee Ragin opened Kite String Cantina with her partner, Andrew. What started as a quirky neighborhood bar that served homemade taquitos, blossomed into a local food market and weekly meal kit, all with an emphasis on midwestern produced, sustainably sourced and delicious foods.
