They work with small family farmers in Iowa who raise heritage hogs outdoors without the use of antibiotics. These hogs live the good life with continuous access to the outdoors. Born and raised in Iowa, Lance learned at an early age the importance the pork industry has on his native state. After several business attempts, Lance focused his efforts by combining his upbringing as an Iowan and his culinary expertise in Chicago to launch Big Fork.
