FishSki Provisions Hatch Red Chile, Garlic & Cheddar is founder Tania's favorite flavor! Taste the flavors of the Southwest mountains with New Mexico Hatch Red Chile, famous for a very mild heat level and a unique, subtly sweet yet slightly earthy flavor. 

To prepare, boil two cups of water with the pasta and peppers. When all the water is absorbed, add the cheese and spice mix and stir vigorously.

Ingredients: Durum Semolina Wheat Pasta, Cheddar Cheese [Pasteurized Milk, Cheese Culture, Salt, Enzymes], Buttermilk Solids, Whey Protein Concentrate, Air Dried Bell Peppers, Spices [Hatch Red Chile, Garlic, Salt, Black Pepper], Sodium Phosphate (less than 1%)
