The Curried Carrot Pickles are a different twist on a classic pickled vegetable. Sweet carrots pair perfectly with the savory, earthy spice blend of cumin, bay leaf, cinnamon, turmeric and more. Capped off with garlic, bay leaves, and toasted coriander seed, these carrots are thoroughly craveable.

Just dice and add to your favorite potato or chickpea salads. And use the brine as a curried marinade or dressing starter. It is also an excellent Bloody Mary garnish.
