This dish is a West African specialty known as Suya, which is a spicy meat skewer that is popular in Nigeria, Ghana, and other parts of the region. The African Beechwood Smoked Salt adds a smoky and earthy note to the chicken, which complements the bold and complex flavors of the Suya marinade. The groundnut oil and roasted peanuts add a nutty and savory note to the dish, while the chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, ginger powder, brown sugar, and lime juice create a spicy and tangy flavor that is truly irresistible. This dish is perfect for a summer barbecue or a special occasion with friends and family.
