That Taco Guy Eli Acosta That Taco Guy is a local family run food truck. His passion for cooking started as a young child when he would spend hours in the kitchen with his mom. The love and laughter that would fill her kitchen has fueled his drive to bring that to everyone who eats at their truck. Their Food Truck also allowed them to share their family recipe for candied jalapenos, known as Texas Candy, with their customers. The popularity of it drove them to expand and jar the product so everyone can always have some on hand! They also find it important to be involved and give back to the local communities. They achieve this by volunteering at local events, giving back to local nonprofits and schools with give back nights, and involvement with local nonprofit boards.
