Tandoori hails from India - originally cooked in a tandoor, this mix brings out flavors of coriander, cardamom, and cumin. The fragrant spices are great as a dry brine as well as a dry rub. Simply apply directly to the protein with your oil of choice as a binder and cook in your preferred method (pan fry, grill, air fry, or oven roast). Check the temperature of your protein to ensure doneness and enjoy!

Serangoon Market Tandoori Dry Rub works extremely well on chicken, salmon, beef and vegetables! We recommend you use approximately 1 tablespoon of Tandoori Dry Rub and 1 tablespoon of oil of your choice, coat your protein or vegetable, and cook using your preferred method (pan fry, air fry, grill, broil etc.)
