Spark is Olivo Amigo's tongue-tingling balsamic vinegar, made with a balsamic vinegar base, organic cane sugar, plums and basil, and then slow fermented for a rich, deep finish. It's crafted in small batches on a family farm in California with time, patience and love. 

Try this vinegar paired with oil as a dip for bread, drizzled over salads or in dressing recipes, in cocktails or mocktails, a marinade for veggies, even over ice cream.
