Fun fact…The Chocolate Habanero surpasses the Red Savina Habanero in heat, and takes bragging rights as the hottest of its class!

Chocolate brown in color, not in flavor, this sauce is unparalleled for its full rich, fruit-forward, smoky burn and is combined with Smoking Globe's special blend of dried herbs, spices, and seasonings, charred sweet Vidalia onion, garlic, and thyme. It is best used on all grilled meats, great as a jerk marinade, on rice in beans, or just straight up (a few drops) on a perfectly cooked, medium rare charcoal-broiled New York Strip Steak.
