This Pickled Green Salsa packs a ZIP which comes from lacto fermenting our tomatillos, jalapeno & garlic before blending into a sauce. It's zesty, smooth, and luscious.

Put the Green on everything – on tacos, in soups, mixed with cream for pasta, nachos, burritos, as a dip.
