Mole Blanco is very delicate sauce. It called the "wedding sauce" due to its creamy white texture. This a blend of white onions braised in coconut milk, peanuts, pine nuts, almonds, and golden raisins.

Try it with seafood, Oaxaca-style toast, pasta, on tomatoes. El Molecajete recommends enjoying it by adding shredded chicken and walnut and serving it over rice!
