Kebabs are one of the most famous foods of the Middle East. This mild mix brings out flavors of sumac, cumin, and coriander. The fragrant spices are great as a dry brine as well as a dry rub. Simply apply directly to the protein with your oil of choice as a binder and cook in your preferred method (pan fry, grill, air fry or oven roast). Check the temperature of your protein to ensure doneness and enjoy!

Serangoon Market Kebab Dry Rub works extremely well on lamb, beef, seafood, and vegetables! We recommend you use approximately 1 tablespoon of Kebab Dry Rub and 1 tablespoon of oil of your choice, coat your protein or vegetable, and cook using your preferred method (pan fry, air fry, grill, broil, etc.)
