Giardonnaise® harnesses the essence of Midwestern sensibilities and the spice of Chicago's staple into one transcendent bottle. Instead of mixing in giardiniera with store-bought mayo, they make their sauce from scratch, infusing every ingredient with a proprietary blend of giardiniera.

Giardonnaise® tangy, full of umami, has a depth of flavor subtler than chipotle mayo, but much more complex than sriracha mayo.

The Mild variety is made with bell peppers, so no spice!

How to Use?

Spread on sandwiches (burgers, clubs, delis, sausages etc.)
Dip for fried food (fries, curds) or veggies (raw or grilled)
Dressing for salads (tuna, potato, chicken, coleslaw!)
Marinade for your favorite protein
