Fresh Madagascar peppercorns are then steeped in red wine vinegar before they add the aged chili mash, charred Vidalia onions, & tons of roasted garlic. Gator Head is a simple flavorful twist on the original Louisiana cayenne pepper hot sauce.
This sauce is great on hot wings, added to any dressing, drizzled on pizza, and oysters! Disclaimer: No gators were harmed in the making of this sauce.
