Judy Z's Garlic-Tarragon Salad Dressing is a delicate, unique blend of garlic and tarragon, whisked together with white vinegar, combined with a perfect balance of spices and sweet grape-seed oil. This recipe is handed down for three generations - from Judy's mother. The sweetness of the grape-seed oil, mixed with the white vinegar and fresh garlic creates the perfect flavor profile for everything from salads to dips and can even be used as a marinade. It has a light texture with full and bold flavor.
