Meet Keya! Originally from Mumbai, India, Keya moved to the U.S. without ever having seen an oven. Fast forward—she not only attended culinary school but was invited back as an instructor. After graduating, she launched her own custom dessert company, which is still thriving today.

In 2021, Keya took on the challenge of Food Network’s Baking Championship, and she won. Safe to say, she now knows her way around an oven.

Then came COVID. Keya pivoted to creating modern Indian American to-go meals, including a small bag of Bombay chips with every order, which she originally made for her Caucasian husband. Within a week, customers were asking for just the chips. Then retailers took notice, and the rest is history.

At Keya’s, culture meets flavor. With single-origin spices from India and American-grown potatoes, it's her true Indian American dream—one delicious bite at a time!
