Made by barrel-aging California Meyer lemons with salt, peppercorn, Bay leaf and pickled garlic for up to three years, then puréeing into a spoonable, spreadable, pourable paste.

Due to the natural curing process, you may notice color variations from yellow to amber. This is normal and does not impact the flavor or quality.
