Award-winning mixologist Charles Joly has paired up with Fortessa to design a range of bar tools known as the Crafthouse line. This twisted Bar Spoon is the ideal shape and size for smooth, balanced stirring and layering spirits and has been designed to help you craft professional-level cocktails at home regardless of your mixology experience.

This spoon features a flat end top that is a great micro-muddler for small jobs like crushing sugar for a classic Old Fashioned. It also fits into any glass size and is 12.5" in length for use in taller pitchers and carafes. The bowl of the spoon yields 1/8 oz. measurement and the twisted handle provides better control and grip and spins effortlessly.
