Vargo Brother Ferments thought outside the bun for this one! This super flavorful fermented salsa is a combination of Bleeding Borg9 Chiles, roasted onion and garlic, bell pepper, tomato, and a dose of nigella seed, coriander, and black pepper. Spicy but not deadly and so flavorful, it tastes like Diablo sauce.

It can be use for gringo tacos, authentic tacos, anything fried, eggs, or veggies.
