Ten years ago we asked a simple question: Why are marshmallows only treated like an ingredient? They're hidden on the bottom shelf next to the graham crackers, but they're one of the most nostalgic treats people can buy. So we set out to reinvent the category. Today, XO Marshmallow is a dedicated gluten-free and peanut-free manufacturer creating gourmet marshmallows that people snack on straight out of the bag, gift to friends, and build traditions around. Now we're entering what we call XO 2.0. Over the past year we've completely reimagined the brand for grocery. We're launching new retail packaging, removing artificial dyes, eliminating corn syrup, and focusing on cleaner, more transparent ingredients while keeping the fun and joy that people already know us for.
