Kat + Lindzi started their business after finding success with a ‘marshmallow and mug’ collaboration. Lindzi was hosting a pop-up for The Trendy Sparrow, and Kat applied to work there as a seasonal employee and listed XO Marshmallow on her resume. The OG champagne marshmallow was the first thing they collaborated on for this pop-up. During the pop-up, customers were loving the marshmallows and paired them with other items in the shop. So Lindzi approached Kat about going into business together with a mission of taking ooey-gooey childhood memories and turning them into 21st century, gourmet, handmade treats with modern twists.
