Their ethos is rooted in an easygoing philosophy, “Let it be,” celebrating balance, flavor, and connection through wholesome snacks and teas. From Karma Pops (roasted water lily seeds) to thoughtfully crafted herbal teas, Karma Wellness Kitchen building a community where healthy eating feels approachable and inspiring.
But this story began long before the brand. For founder Vinita, food has always been a way of giving back, first learned in her father’s small grain shop in India and later rediscovered while sending homemade snacks and meal kits (khichdi) to her son in college. What started as a mother’s way of saying “I love you” has grown into a brand that nourishes families and friends everywhere.
