JONI

Founded by Claire, who grew up in the food industry and spent years developing recipes, JONI grew out of the belief that this ingredient deserves its own moment. The name nods to history in the same spirit as verjus itself, Joan of Arc, someone deeply rooted in the past yet doing things entirely her own way. JONI isn't positioned as a replacement for wine or a substitute for anything else. It truly is its own category, made with zero added sugar and no fermentation.
