Ingredients

3 tablespoons avocado oil
1 cup paneer, diced into 1/3-inch cubes

pinch of sea salt

1 ½ cup Masala Gossip Spinach Masala Sauce
4 tablespoons water
1/4 cup Heavy Cream or coconut milk (optional)
Directions
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the paneer cubes for 2 -3 minutes on each side, until golden brown. Season with a pinch of sea salt.
Add the Masala Gossip Spinach Masala Sauce and 4 tablespoons of water and stir. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes to meld the flavors.
Optionally add heavy cream or coconut milk, stir to incorporate, and serve hot with naan bread or basmati rice.
