Ingredients

• 8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs

• 3 tablespoons olive oil

• 2 cups chicken stock

• 3/4 cup sour cream

• 8 ounces cream cheese

• 1 tablespoon minced fresh garlic

• 3 tablespoons Lake Shore Drive seasoning

• 1 bag frozen peas

• 6 Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and quartered

• 1 pint button mushrooms, quartered

Directions

1. In medium pot, boil potatoes till fork tender; set aside.

2. In large pan, sauté chicken till golden brown and juices run clear; about 15 to 20 minutes. Set aside.

3. In the same pan for the chicken, mix together sour cream, cream cheese, garlic, chicken stock and Lake Shore Drive Seasoning.

4. Over medium heat, cook the sauce till smooth. Add the chicken pieces to the sauce and cook for 20 minutes. Finally add the potatoes, mushrooms, and peas and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
