The Raw Jade is a light-roast wulong tea made by tea farmer and producer Zeng Pu Yu, from Shuangyang, Fujian, China. Zeng is a woman tea farmer and producer which is very rare in the tea making world. She turned a bare mountain into an organic tea garden in the course of ten years. The result is a beautiful wulong tea with flavor profile of milk sugar, orchid, and slight vegetal. She named the tea after herself ("Pu Yu" means raw jade in Chinese). It can be used to make cold brew.
