Pam Vieau is a mother/daughter specialty chocolate company located in Roselle, IL. Together, along with our team of women, we create handmade, artisan, traditional, and plant-based chocolates, and confections.

Our line includes a selection of classic comfort flavors- award-winning English Toffee, Artisan Chocolate Bars, and unique, innovative confections such as our: plant-based English Toffee, Cinnamon Toast Toffee, Salted Vanilla Bean Coconut Caramel Bars, and more.
